Thank you so much this really helped me decide which shade foundation to go for!! I’ve been using clarins sand 108 and been wanting to try out Armani luminous silk for ages, but it’s so expensive and I didnt want to get the wrong shade. I really hope 6.5 will be the right shade for me. Thanks a lot! Xxx

What shade would MAC NC 35 match to Loreal INFALLIBLE Up to 24H Fresh Wear in a Powder?

Hi Fizzy, for NC35 skin tone, try the 245 Radiant Honey for L’Oreal Infallible Fresh Wear Powder foundation. This shade has peach golden warm undertones.
Hope this helps!
What shade would match NC 35 for concealer in shape tape ulta creamy?

Hi Liz, here are the Tarte Shape Tape Concealer shades:

35H Medium Honey for the rest of the face
neutral undertones — 35N Medium for face coverage
Hi,
What shade would you pick for nyx bear with me concealer serum if you wear NC35?
Also, what about Kosas concealer and Anastasia foundation?
Author
Hello Liz,
For NC35 skin tones, the NYX Bare With Me Concealer Serum in shade 05 Golden is a good match. For Kosas Revealer Concealer, try shade 4.
As for Anastasia Luminous foundation, it’s a little more complicated because there are 50 shades and the correct shade depends on your skin undertone. I’d look between shades 300C (this fits NC30 skin tone) to 360C (fits NC40 skin tone) and pick the one that fits your undertone.
Best of luck!
Are you sure about the Armani Silk in 6.5 matching Mac Studio Fix NC35? I wear 3.5 in the Armani and NC35 in the Mac both are described as matching light to medium olive skin. I was matched to both recently in the store. I can see myself going up a little if I were to tan but not up to a 6. I’m also questioning the Nars Tinted Moisturizer in St. Moritz. I guessed Mykonos based on the shades on Sephpra.com during COVID and it was too dark. St. Moritz looks a tad darker.
Maybe I’m an NC30? I did get the NC35 on Labor Day weekend.

Rachel,
It sure sounds like you are lighter than NC35. If you wear 3.5 in Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk, that’d put you in the light skin tone group. If you look at pictures of Armani 3.5, you’ll see that it’s a fairly light shade. Note that different brands have different definitions of “light to medium” and it’s best to judge the shades visually rather than from their descriptions.
NC35, on the other hand, is what I’d consider a medium shade.
I’d suggest you look at shades between NC20 to NC30 to see which ones matches your skin tone the best.
I hope this helps and good luck hunting for your perfect shade!
Hourglass concealer what shades are good for under eye, and whole face?
Also, when you’re searching based off of Mac nc35 should I be looking at medium shades then?

For MAC NC35, try the Beech shade for the Hourglass Vanish Airbrush concealer. To brighten your undereye area, try Sepia which is one shade lighter. And yes, NC35 is a medium shade! Hope this helps!
