Mineral SPF40 with beneficial skincare ingredients

ILIA Super Serum Skin Tint is an outstanding tinted moisturizer for dry and mature skin. Its mineral SPF 40 formula contains non-nano zinc oxide that provides broad spectrum sun protection. This is the base I wear on sunny hikes and beach days.

It also contains a slew of good-for-your-skin ingredients like niacinamide, hyaluronic acid and squalane to hydrate and improve skin elasticity.

Clean formula without chemical sunscreens, silicones, parabens and more

As someone who cannot use products with silicones or chemical sunscreen, I was thrilled to find out that the Super Serum Tint did not contain any of these offending ingredients. After testing the product for several months, I’m happy to report that it did not give me any weird skin reactions.

ILIA Super Serum Tint also does not contain parabens, fragrance or oil, all of which can be problematic for sensitive skin.

Great for no-makeup days

Morgat ST11.5 is a match for NC35 skin tone.

The lightweight feel of this base and its undetectable coverage reminded me instantly of MAC’s Face & Body foundation (see our review here), another your-skin-but-better foundation.

This is the product I reach for on “no makeup” days or when I want to look fresh and glowy.

Pair with concealer for more coverage

Finish with mineral powder sunscreen to reduce shine

On very sunny and humid days, I like to pair it with a mineral powder sunscreen like the Tarte Sea Set & Protect Mineral Powder Sunscreen for extra sun protection and to cut down on excessive shine.
